Let’s give your business a High FIVE βπΌ with these 5 things to focus on. The underlying principles are timeless and the fundamentals remain the same. But sometimes our growth stagnates because we’ve gotten out of alignment on the fundamentals.

The faster the world moves, the easier it is to drift. This is why your daily Power Hour framework is the foundation to maintaining aligned action.
Don’t get distracted by the noise, the chaos or the shiny new strategy that might look like a shortcut. Most of us don’t get derailed by a lack of ambition. We get derailed by being responsive to everything around us.
As a founder, a parent, a strategy thinker and leader this one hits hard… we are constantly responding to clients, content, and our community… putting out team fires, upgrading algorithm shifts, the list goes on…
Maintaining your daily power hour is a reminder to stay close to the work that actually moves you forward. A reminder to keep your attention on the goal and move in alignment with it.
Whether you’re taking your business to the next level or just starting out…
When you’re pulled in ten directions, come back to these 3 questions:
π« What are you actually building right now? The one thing for you to focus on?
π« What matters this week, not just this month or quarter?
π« What are you focussing on? (Your step or everyone else’s?)
This is a reminder to stay rooted while the rest of the world spins, because clarity is leverage both personally and professionally.

This is part of building lasting relationships with your team, clients & community.
When you invest time with people you’re nurturing the personal and professional relationships.
When you go into a meeting think ‘How can you add value’? This is a reminder to give to others only to add value not to receive anything in return. The universe will take care of everything else with the law of reciprocity.
π« Alliances in networks and nurturing relationships
Our clients and community are saying that their customers are wanting to buy from ‘know, like, trust’ businesses they have a relationship with. They want relationships with humans and to buy from a person in customer service based industries.
With the amazing opportunities online, our clients ask more questions and are more discerning. There is often a longer runway to convert them into your business.
Think positively about building your brand, and a great way to build credibility is to share other people’s audiences.
Here are four positive P’s of collaborating with other people’s audiences:
β¨ Personal Reviews - both online and in your business
β¨ Publications - bring featured in magazines
β¨ Podcasts - bring a guest on other people’s podcasts and online platforms
β¨ Public Relations and Awards - enter the awards and showcase your business success.
By collaborating with other businesses this elevates your brand to be ‘best in class’ and a subject matter authority. Speaking and sharing expertise and experience on other platforms and being promoted by companies bigger than yours will boost your brand.

Precision, Passion & Perspective
Take time to pause and keep your vibrations high because energy attracts energy.
By focussing on your values this keeps the energy aligned with the North Star of your business.
This week a client started each team meeting with client reviews & feedback… why? Because it focussed the team on the mission, vision & values of the business.
Then when the meeting opened up to the agenda everyone approached each task with clarity & focus to align with the company values. This created precision, passion and perspective to keep the energy and vibrations of the meeting high.
π« Accepting change & ability to adapt quickly
The buying mindset in consumers has shifted. Whether you’re just staring in business or elevating to the next level, adapting to market trends keeps the momentum in your business.
Mastercard states that the GDP growth globally is 3.2% in 2025 leading with USA, India & Gulf Countries.
Consumers are looking for simplicity, speed and convenience, look at companies like Amazon, Deliveroo, Careem, they all delivered to your door.
A question to ask yourself, ‘How can your business elevate whilst accepting change?’
Three strategies that have been working for our community are:
β¨ Encouraging a growth mindset within your teams and empowering each team member to take ownership of an area or task.
β¨ Simplify your offers so that it’s clear to your clients - promote and circulate those offers… one to one services or products, online availability & group sessions or events.
β¨ Theme your content & marketing to compliment your business plan. Remember to reassess regularly to ensure it’s current.
We just worked with a business that set their marketing strategy up for a year & hit repeat the following year, but unfortunately this no longer aligned with their business plan. We share this as a reminder to evaluate & elevate each season in your business.
